This listing is for an as new fully serviced Eiki lc-x80 / (Sanyo XP100) 6500 ultra bright high definition semi commercial multi media BIG screen projector. Don’t be conned by misleading marketing folks! There is a lot of rubbish out there! Serviced to extremes:Very important: we go to the extremes when it comes to servicing a used projector: This particular projector benefits from low hours used and not just a standard air brush blast service. It has been completely dismantled to access every internal cooling fan (all 8 of them)and every centimetre of internal air duct, every millimetre of each surface of every part of the entire glass optic track from lamp (also replaced with new genuine osram lamp fitted) to the LCD panels which have been removed checked for signs of wear and meticulously cleaned using special cleaning solutions… All of the above does effect brightness, clarity and colour balance in a huge way! How to test your projector:(display an all white image, if you see patch’s or shaded areas or if the entire image is not all uniformly clearly white all over then the optics need cleaning). Also the cooling fan blades and air ducts under all the internal optics which circulate air inside the projector. There are over 40 glass surfaces inside these projectors, most service centres don’t even bother with half of these and simply airbrush the rest. The word serviced is often used to describe a very wide variety of projector conditions… Imagine not washing your house windows for 5 years then washing them properly both sides…. Perhaps you didn’t realise how dirty they were because you could still see through them,’waw’ what a difference it makes! Projector lamps fade over time loosing brightness as they wear out. This one is new and its not a cheap thinner glass (less heat resistant) copy lamp. We only use the genuine lamps fitted to new sanyo projectors as factory standard. All the internal fans are clean, they are working to their best ability to circulate air inside the projector, less heat build up inside the projector means longer lamp life. By the time you reach lamp number 3 without servicing the projector properly you will loose around a quarter to a third of your lamps life because dust build up inside your projector slows fans down and insulates causing the lamp to blow prematurely.
