Open Office-an office suite compatible with Microsoft Office files. This covers hardware and labour. It does not cover software; nor does it cover batteries as they are considered to be consumables. All items are fully tested before being sent out unless otherwise described. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, you can return it to us for repair at your cost and we will return it to you at ours. We do test batteries for a minimum of 30-45 minutes and as long as they still have life after that we pass them as good. Most will have considerably more (but it does depend on what applications you are running).
